On 28-30 April 2023, Pope Francis will visit Budapest. The highlight of this visit will be the Holy Mass on Sunday 30 April in Kossuth Square.

Please note that due to the forthcoming visit, between 14 April and 7 May a large part of the square is closed even to pedestrians. In addition, tramlines 2, 23 and 2B do not operate between Jászai Mari Square and Széchenyi István Square.

Due to the preparatory work for the event, we will be closed on Saturday, April 29.
