A 2022. évi „Könyvtár, ami összeköt”- program egy szombati ismerkedő esttel indult, az „összemelegedést” pedig családias hangulat segítette.

A vasárnapi történelmi séta megelevenítette a Ludovika- és az Orczy-kert, illetve azok szobrainak történetét, majd a Pál utcai fiúk ikonikus helyszínén, a Füvészkertben is barangolhattak frissen érkezett ösztöndíjasaink.

Like in previous years, the Library of the Hungarian Parliament will again welcome first-time as well as regular visitors to its premises on the weekend of European Heritage Days, providing them with a unique opportunity to be shown around the library spaces. Over the last 150 years our library had grown from an exclusive institutional collection into a major intellectual workshop and it has been considered one of the most important law libraries in Hungary ever since. On 17-18 September 2022 you can get a glimpse of the less well-known face of the library otherwise hidden from the general public.

We are happy to inform you that regular opening hours at the library (Mon-Fri: 9:00-20:00, Sat: 10:00-18:00) will resume on 1 September 2022.

July 2022 – Regular opening hours will apply on weekdays, while we are CLOSED on Saturdays.

1-31 August 2022 – CLOSED

Regular opening hours will resume on 1 September 2022.
